Fine Dining

A totally relaxing environment awaits you in the main restaurant for a buffet breakfast, lunch, and A La Carte evening menu.The large restaurant seating 140 guests is situated on the below main deck. Meals include international as well as local cuisine on certain evenings.Lighter snacks are available throughout the day from the lobby bar area and a pool bar service is also available.

In Room Dining

There is always an option for in room dining in your cabin on the Steigenberger Omar El Khayam if required which covers all meal periods.Just contact Reception prior to the meal time required (throughout the day from breakfast to evening dinner) to ensure your order. If it is the A La Carte menu, the waiters will inform you of the menu for that evening.

Lounge and Bar

A spacious and luxurious Lounge and Bar can be found on the Salon Deck and is the venue for afternoon tea, evening drinks and night dancing and entertainment. An Oriental Lounge with a shaded canopied area is the most popular outlet on the Prince Abbas.

Sun Deck Bar

The Sundeck also has a bar service during the day and evening with a shaded seating area with a plunge pool whirlpool and chaise-longues to sunbathe in the sun.

Additional Deck amenities

A Billiard room is found on the Forecastle deck. A spacious and modern Library situated on the Bridge deck offers clients the possibility to Read quietly while enjoying the scenery.On the same deck is located a Greenery room which is ideal for small gatherings and small Group breakfasts.

Afternoon Tea

Every day whilst sailing, at around 4pm every afternoon, you will be served a typical English style afternoon tea on the sundeck. Ranging from tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches, re- live the colonial days of Agatha Christie’s Hercule Poirot whilst sailing the Nile. A real treat.
